BREAKING THE CHAINS OF FEAR

When I first received the cancer diagnosis, I was okay at the beginning, then I became gripped by fear. My sister had been on a breast cancer journey for over a year, and now I was joining her. When most people hear the "C" word it raises up something on the inside that you have never experienced before. I often say, "It is a different story when cancer is in YOUR body".  My concern became that breast cancer would literally take my life. Fear had a hold on my mind and I could not seem to shake it. But God!

I knew that if I did not change my thinking, the power of fear could possible cause me irreparable harm even death. What ever you think and meditate upon will eventually happen in your life.The power of life and death is in the tongue. If you think on dying or remaining sick  long enough, you will begin to speak it out of your mouth and your body will respond to what you speak. If you're struggling under the power fear today, these  nuggets will release you from its power!

Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. We break the power of fear by replacing fear with FAITH.

FEAR BUSTERS
Meditate on 2Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

  1. Respect your feelings, it is all right to feel a sense of grief or remorse. But, focus on the word of God and begin to apply His word to your life. Give extra time to read and meditate on the word with emphasis on healing scriptures. I recommend that you invest in a healing scriptures CD  and listen to the word even while sleeping. Faith comes by hearing.  Romans 10:17
  2. Set aside daily time for prayer. Pray in faith. If there is any unbelief, ask God to help you so that you believe only. Begin to see yourself healed.  Mark 9:24
  3. Let the walls down, allow others in to help you by agreeing with you in prayer and assisting as needed. Power is released through agreement in prayer and miracles are manifested. Matthew 18:19
  4. Spend time in worship and praise. Get in God's presence and believe Him to do what seems impossible.  Psalm 16:11
  5. And in all things give thanks. Thank God for what He is doing in your life and thank him for your healing in advance.  1 Thessalonians 5:18
  6. Believe that although you may be facing a challenge during this season in your life, it is working for your good.  Romans 8:28
Father, I thank you for my sisters! I believe you are well able to do all things and there is nothing impossible with you. I pray that you will remove all fear from her life and replace it with faith. May her faith be endowed with power and Father causes her mind to become focused on you as she believes you for her healing. I take authority over the spirit of the infirmity called cancer and send it back from where it came. I plead the blood of Jesus over my sister and me as well that we walk in divine health, healed delivered, and set free ! May we enjoy the abundant life that Jesus has purchased for us.  In Jesus Name! Amen

Pray this prayer today and watch God change things!

    PINK TREASURES!!! Such a powerful blog on breaking the chains of fear. I can't imagine the fear that one might face when dealing with Cancer but just knowing that there is a support group that is there willing and wanting to support, encourage and empower those faced with this terrible disease. We can't let it just be about facing cancer but breaking the chains of fear in EVERYTHING!!! Perfect love casts out fear. Just as pink symbolizes purity and pure love Pink Treasures truly exemplifies this mantra!!
    This blog really encouraged me!!!
