YOU ARE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR
Romans 8:37-39 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present or to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
At the time I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was already a believer. I accepted Christ (for real) and was baptized in 1990, so I had been a believer for quite a while. I was attending church each Sunday and mid-week bible study on Wednesday. I loved the Lord and I was confident of His love for me. Nevertheless, during the time of the cancer diagnosis, I became frustrated and confused. The plan of the enemy is always to steal, kill, and destroy and that was his plan for me. His desire was to steal my hope, kill my joy, and destroy my life. Thanks be to God that I was encouraged from the word and moved from a place of frustration and confusion to a place of faith and confidence in our Lord Jesus Christ
Romans 8:37 says that we as believers are "more than conquerors." That means even before we ever get a diagnosis, we should know that in Christ Jesus we are victorious. We Win! We must believe that if God is for us then there is no one, no thing, no sickness, or disease that can be against us. God loves us so much and there is nothing that can separate us from his love. We can be assured of His love today. We can lean on him, trust him, and totally depend on him.
The word "conqueror" is defined as to gain victory over; surmount, master; overcome; to conquer disease and poverty. And, according to the bible we are not just a conqueror, but more than a conqueror. We conquer; then we walk victoriously in authority and dominion.

The Conqueror's Creed
- I choose to believe the word of God and I will walk in the authority of a conqueror.
- I choose to believe that I am victorious and regardless of what appears I know "I WIN!"
- I choose to believe that nothing can separate me from the love God has for me and he will protect me.
- I choose to believe that I am being healed from every sickness, disease and infirmity.
- I choose to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that he is still a miracle worker today.
