TRUSTING GOD WHEN LIFE HURTS

Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. 13. For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

On today, I hear in my spirit the crying out from the earth of those that are finding it difficult to trust God during this journey. They are overwhelmed by it all. It feels as if it is too much to bear! The diagnosis, the poking, the prodding, the testing, the examinations, the poisoning, the burning, the cutting and then the follow-ups. Sometimes you just want to scream...and sometimes you do...silently. In moments like these, we realize our inability to fix what is going on with us. At this time, we must take the creation back to its creator. God is our creator and He knows our end from our beginning. He said before He formed us in our mother's womb, he knew us. And we are reminded that His thoughts towards us are good and not of evil to give us a future and a hope. Trusting God when life hurts means that you are able to say to Him... Father, I trust you and I know this will work out for My Good and For Your Glory. You may not feel these words yet, but trust me, if you begin to say them you'll experience a change and your trust will increase. Choose to believe that all things will work together for your good because it is what God has said. Begin to trust God through your pain.
On "My Journey" I have experienced many of these feelings. Like me, some of you, because of how sick     you  felt after that last treatment or that last appointment have made up in your mind, "I don't want to go back". You feel like "I need a break from this" or "I can't do this anymore". "It's too much; I can't handle it". God says in Isaiah 41:13 "I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand. Trust Him to be with you every minute of every hour. And know, that you can do all things as Christ endows you with strength. Everyday I ask our Father to use "My Journey" for My Good and for HIS GLORY! I know He will; and He will do the same for you.
If you are experiencing these emotions, know that you are not alone. When we are not able to enjoy our family and friends as we desire, go places we desire to go, or our quality of life has been altered, it can bring feelings of depression.
In the middle of the word depression is the word press. That is the goal of the enemy to press you down into a position of defeat. He wants you to be pressed so low that you can not look up.  He realizes that if you look up, you may look to the hills where your help comes from.
In our scripture for today, we hear God boldly declaring that He himself is God and that He will strengthen you. The feelings of depression can interfere with the healing process because it produces fear and doubt and not faith. It will cause you to feel worse instead of better. It can not be overthrown in our own strength. That is why we must depend on God for strength. God said that in our weakness, His strength is made perfect.
You have received an unfavorable diagnosis that is a fact. But the truth is that God will help you and hold you up with his right hand which is his hand of power and authority. He has not left you alone. He promised you that He will never leave you or forsake you, but to be with you. He loves you and He will help you. Trust Him.


Prayer for Trusting God When Life Hurts

Father, We bless your name. You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.
You are King of all Kings, and Lord of all Lords. You are righteous and you are holy. Father, you are Omnipotent, all powerful, and there is nothing impossible with you. On this day, I choose to trust you. Although, I can't answer all the questions, I don't know all the when, wheres, or whys; but I choose to believe your word. I am in pain mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically, but yet in you will I trust.Your word declares that All things work together for my good. Therefore, good will spring forth. I trust you to perfect those things which concern me. I thank you for strengthening me, for holding my hand, for being a help and a healer for me. I thank you for erasing all mental, emotional, and physical pain I am experiencing.
I abort every plan of the enemy for my life and declare that is null and void. I now with the sword of God smash into pieces the spirit called cancer and command it to leave my body in Jesus name. I call every abnormally dividing cell to cease and desist, to STOP in the name of Jesus. I declare that I walk in divine health. I am healed, delivered, and set free. I am the healed of the Lord!
I trust you God that you will show me how to use this journey for My Good and for YOUR GLORY!

In Jesus Name.... AMEN

Pray this prayer and watch God change things!

Remember to Trust God Even When Life Hurts.
