Something to Cry About

Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When you said, "Seek My Face," My heart said to You, "Your face, Lord, I will seek."   Psalms 27:7-8

Throughout our lives the Lord has been our help. He has never left us or forsaken us and the good news is He Never Will! In this scripture, David makes a declaration of faith in God. This example is one that each of us should follow and apply to our lives. Set aside time to tell God in your own words how much you love and appreciate Him.
 God's presence in our lives is a vital necessity and one that we cannot afford to live without.  Trying to live a life without God is like trying to live life with out air to breathe. It is like a ship without a sail being tossed to and fro by the wind. It profits us much when we allow Jesus to be at the center of our lives and our responses are yes.
God has made Himself available to each of us. But, we must call on His name. He will hear us, have mercy on us, and answer our cry. What is your heart saying to Him; are you willing to seek His face?

Take a few moments and call on Him right now. Invite Him into your situation, tell Him what you need and trust Him to answer.
