Under My Feet

FEAR is something that all of us will face at sometimes in our lives. On yesterday someone said to me, "Please pray for me, I feel the spirit of fear is trying to overtake me." I could have agreed with her in prayer and sent her on her way, but I felt led of the Holy Spirit not to just pray with her but to share with her some spiritual truths. This ammunition would help her be prepared if feelings of fear came back to visit. So before praying, I shared a few spiritual nuggets with her. Knowledge is power and grants empowerment for future battles. We must operate in the power that God has placed in each of us. He has made us a little lower than Himself and He calls us His friend.

Be empowered today in your walk by placing all your faith and confidence in God. Regardless of what you are facing, you can trust in the Author and Finisher of your faith!

Keep In Mind
1. FEAR is perverted faith. It is placing trust or belief that something is more powerful than God.
2. FEAR does not come from God it is from the enemy. We are to cast down every thought and imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.
3. FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. We must trust God regardless of what it looks like and continue to stand on His word.
4. Make a daily confession: God loves me so much and I am His friend. He has given to me Power that comes from Him, He has placed His love in my heart, and He has given me A Sound Mind! I will walk in FAITH and not fear! I never have to walk alone because my God is with me. Fear be gone you have no authority over me and you are under my feet! In Jesus name. AMEN
