Meditate on:  Mark 1:34 Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him.

On the journey to health and wellness, we must first cross a mountain called unbelief. This mountain is often the only thing standing between sickness and our healing. This unbelief, if not properly dealt with, will keep you tossed about between thoughts of complete healing and remaining sick.
Jesus backed up His claim of being the Messiah by healing the sick. Later, His followers used similar miracles to verify the message of Jesus Christ. Not only did healing demonstrate Christ's divine power over disease and infirmity, it revealed God's heart of compassion toward His people.
The Great Physician and the apostles healed people  with:

  1. Disabilities or conditions from birth. Matthew 9:1-8
  2. Diseases of a permanent or semi-permanent nature. Luke 13:11-16
  3. Spiritual and psychological conditions. Matthew 17:14-21
  4. Unspecific Sickness. Mark 1:29-31 
  5. Death. John 11:38-44
Jesus is the same today, yesterday, and forevermore. He is still healing, delivering, and setting people free. It is our faith that releases the expectation for the manifestation of healing in our lives. It is important that as we pray for healing, we expect to receive it. The bible says in Mark 11:23-24  For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
As you read and meditate on the examples of scripture from the word, rid your mind of thoughts of unbelief and choose to believe only. JUST SAY IT!  He is The Great Physician!
