Victory ROAR! (Rise Overtake And Recover)

Meditate on: I Peter 5:8 - 9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
Have you ever been in a situation and you asked the question, "Why me?" Or, you find yourself saying, bad things always happen to me. You begin to experience evil forebodings although there is absolutely nothing to fear. You live a life of expectancy.... but, not for the blessings of the Lord. Your thoughts for expectancy have become "what's going to happen to me next?"
These thoughts are not from God but they are from the enemy. Satan knows that if he can get you to believe that he has power over your body, your finances, your marriage, your children, or your relationships, then he will have dominion in your life. God has given to us power and dominion over satan and he is under our feet.
It is important to be clear thinking (sober) regardless of what you are going through in life. Be careful not to operate out of your emotions. The bible says that satan walks around AS A or LIKE a roaring lion. He is a perpetrator that pretends he is a lion. And, that he is strong and all powerful, but he is a liar. He is seeking those that he can devour in their minds through the power of deception. Don't be tricked and don't listen to him any longer! If he can get you to believe it, then he wins. He wants you to stay sick, broke, busted, disgusted, and contemplating suicide.
The Lion of Judah is here and we win when we trust HIM. HALLELUJAH! We see countless examples in the word and through life experiences of how God moved mightily in situation that are similar to what you may be facing right now. Remember, if He did it before, He can do it again!
Beloved, I encourage you to still the roar of the enemy by reading the bible, praying, and remaining steadfast in your faith. Make the decision to ROAR in victory as you walk by faith! Let the enemy know that you are Rising Up, Overtaking, and Recovering by faith!
