The Game Changer

Meditate on: 1 Kings 17:15-16 And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah. (Read 1 Kings 17: 1-16)
Have you ever felt like throwing in the towel? You felt that life was just too difficult. And, instead of getting better things seemed to grow worse. It was too hard and you just could not see your way out. These feelings often occur when we are on our journey to health and wellness. And, they also may occur when we are dealing with issues in our marriages, with our jobs, or with our children.
Life happens to us all at some time; there is no way to escape, and no one is exempt. The issue is not what happens to you in life, but how you respond to what happens to you in life. In today's scripture, we see a woman who was facing a terrible dilemma. She decided that the easiest way out was to throw in the towel. She felt that there clearly was no way out and her choices were limited. She would make a cake of bread for herself and her son. They would eat the bread then lay down and die. That's when the game changer showed up.
When the prophet of God showed up, he became The Game Changer in her life. He gave her specific instructions to change her life. She followed these instructions and her situation changed. The life of the woman, her son, and the prophet was saved.
Are you in need of a GAME CHANGER to change the direction of your life? Jesus is our game changer! In the midst of your dilemma, Jesus is just waiting to be invited in. He will give you specific instructions to change the course of our situation. On our road to health and wellness or whatever your situation, pray and ask Jesus to come in and give you specific directions.
Beloved, Jesus loves you. Don't throw in the towel. Don't give up; but PUSH UP..Pray Until Something Happens! He will show up and give you strength and grace to bear up under any situation. He is a healer, a deliver, and a sustainer. Don't hesitate, invite Him in today! Believe God for full healing in your body and restoration in every area of your life! I am so glad that I invited Him in. He is my Game Changer!
