I Am an OVERCOMER!
Inspiration and Meditation

Meditate on: Revelations 12:11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
The word overcomer is defined as "someone who overcomes". And, the word overcome is defined as "to get the better of a struggle or conflict, to conquer, defeat, or to overcome the enemy". Becoming an overcomer is a process. It does not just happen; you have to become engaged in the fight. The overcomer is someone who in the midst of a struggle, or a conflict decides to fight, defeat, and to conquer the enemy.
Understand that trials and tribulations are a part of everyone's life and non of us are exempt. Sometimes we look at other's lives and we think..."They got it made", "I wish my life, my marriage, or my children was like that". But, we don't know what goes on in a person's life behind closed doors. We don't know what they went through to get to where they are presently.
We all will find ourselves facing a season in our lives of what many call "going through". The question is not "when will it occur", but "how will I handle it" when it does. God's desire is that we face each trial with faith and believe He is able to bring us through. Jesus said, "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33 And because HE has overcome the word HE has given us the power to become an OVERCOMER. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God. 1 John 5:5
Regardless of what you are facing today, trust God and make a decision to be an OVERCOMER. This may require you to change your attitude and your confessions. Begin to see through the eyes of faith that this thing is turning around and you are coming out victorious. Begin to confess it out of your mouth as you share your testimony, and believe it by faith! With God on your side, you are stronger than you think, you're an OVERCOMER!
PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I bless your name! You are great and greatly to be praised. There is no one like you. YOU reign supreme and alone as The Most High God. I thank you for your love, your grace, and your mercy. I thank you for favor in my life. Father I invite you into all my trials and tribulations. I cannot do this on my own. I need you. I believe by faith that there is nothing impossible for YOU. I trust you to move in my situation and to bring me out victorious. I believe that Jesus is your son, and I receive Him as my savior, therefore, I am an OVERCOMER. I believe by faith that no trial, tribulation, or suffering, has authority in my life. I plead the blood of Jesus to cover me and I walk in victory! I am an OVERCOMER!
