GOD, These burden's are too heavy! Please Help...

Meditate on: 1 John 4:16-18 We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love.. There is no fear in love (dread that does not exist), but full grown (complete, perfect) loves turns fear out of doors and expels ever trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thoughts of punishment and he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love.
On yesterday morning, I was out walking alone at the park. It was early, there was only a few people already out. I looked at the sky, the great expanse in all its beauty and I began to praise God. He is so amazing! Then, I began to talk to the Lord and share that which was on my heart. Some of the things I shared had become a burden to me and I could feel them literally weighing me down.
I heard the Lord speak.... "You encourage those through Pink Treasures that they don't have to walk alone. You must remember you don't have to walk alone. The Paraclete, my spirit is here to walk with you. Cast all your cares on me for I care for you." And at that moment, I felt such freedom! Such liberty! It was a rhema word for me.... in that moment! Although I know this scripture quite well, I was not at the moment walking in it. You can only image the tears and the burden lifted as I spent intimate quality time with "My Daddy", "Abba Father." I built an altar there in the park...Hallelujah!
It is so important that we spend quality time with our Father on a daily basis. But, sometimes because of the noise and distractions around us, we feel the inability to press close into his presence. It's important to set a time and make a place available. For now, your altar may be your bedroom or bathroom. Share with your family your desire to have time alone with NO interruptions. Just you and God! YOU cast your cares on Him. Sickness, disease, finances, marriages, children, relationships, doctors, whatever concerns you, cast it on Him. There is nothing to hard for Him!
God cares. Your feelings matter greatly to Him. We see it when He saw Adam along in the garden and felt his emotional pain...and God reacted. "And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him," (Genesis 2:18). You matter to our creator.
The bible teaches us not to fear, not to have anxieties or worry. God realizes although He does not want us to do it, worry, anxiety, and fear are constant temptations. They are all things we have not been designed to carry- these things will hurt our body over time. We must learn to release our concerns and trust that because He cares for us, He will take care of us. If we don't rest, trust, and let go of the concerns, the cares will keep coming back. This is an action that you must do and repeat; whenever you begin to feel the cares of life closing in on you.
One translations says, "He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully." "You are His personal concern," "He is always thinking about you and watching over everything that concerns you." Placing your faith and trust in this word is the cure to holding onto our cares.
I encourage you to cast your cares on the Lord by trading your present anxious thoughts with thoughts of Him, of His love, His care, His character and His sure promises. This has to first take place in your heart. Cast your cares today, and believe He cares for you!
