PRAYER + FASTING = RESULTS This Prayer is Personal!

FAST AND FURIOUS WEDNESDAY

Mark 9:29    So He said to them, "This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting."

In the book of Mark chapter 9: 17 - 29, there is a story about a man and his son. His son had been sick since birth with epileptic like symptoms. The father described his son as having a mute spirit. The disciples prayed, but the problem was yet unresolved. They were unable to cast out the unclean spirit. When Jesus took control of the situation, he told the told the father, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."  The bible says that Jesus commanded the unclean spirit to come out of him and enter him no more. The spirit responded by leaving and the boy was healed, delivered, and set free. Jesus, when asked by the disciples why
 they were unable to cast out the spirit, said, "This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting."

This scripture is our reference for "Fast and Furious Wednesday!" 

Fasting is afflicting our body from that which it desires most...FOOD. When coupled with prayer, fasting releases the power of God in our life to destroy the works of the enemy. Sickness and disease are spirits and a curse under the law. We are no longer under the law, but under grace because of the new covenant. Jesus bore our sickness on the cross and because of His shed blood we can receive our healing by faith. Prayer coupled with fasting is the spiritual atomic bomb that our Lord has given us to destroy the strongholds of satan. Although, in most cases we fast from food, you can fast from other things that would cause you to afflict your flesh (be uncomfortable). Such as: TV, Electronics, Facebook, Twitter, Sweets, or Sweet Drinks...etc... It is wise to always ask your doctor for advice before engaging in a FOOD fast.

HEALING PRAYER

(Make it Personal by speaking directly to your sickness)

 Heavenly Father I reverence you on this day. I acknowledge you as being Sovereign, Holy, and Righteous. There is none like You.You are God alone. There is none that compares to your greatness, your splendor, or your majesty. I enter into your gates with Thanksgiving and come into your courts with Praise. I praise you for all the wonderful things you have done in my life. I know if you were not on my side, I would be without hope. Thank you for your love, your grace, and your mercy. And most of all thank you for your son, Jesus, who died for my sins present, past and future and has redeemed me from the penalty of sin. Thank you for redemption from spiritual death, poverty, sickness, and disease.

Although, all the test results show that I have a disease called cancer, I will still give you my praise and my worship. I was created for the praises of your glory and even a diagnosis of  this cancer will not hinder me!

Help me to walk by faith and not by sight, as I choose to stand on your word and believe your report. I believe that the blood of Jesus still works and is able to heal, deliver and set free. By His stripes, I am HEALED. His report says I am healed, filled, free, and that I have victory and I choose to believe!

I confess today that I am the healed of the Lord. I command my body to line up with the word of God and be restored to operate without any abnormalities of any kind in any of my cells, organs, or my  bloodstream, in the name of Jesus. Father eradicate from my body all disease. I believe from witnesses in the bible that Jesus came to heal the sick, cause the lame to walk, the blind to see, and the dumb to talk. Jesus is the same today, yesterday, and forevermore. The same Jesus that healed then, Father I believe, He heals NOW. He healed them; and He will heal ME.

I speak now to the principality of cancer and command you to go now in the name of Jesus! Spirit of cancer and disease you are cut down, and destroyed at the root and I send you back to the sender! You will never come this way again!

No weapon formed against me shall prosper, as I will walk in divine health.

Father I thank you for my healing and longevity of life as I walk in divine health absence from sickness or disease.

Today by faith, I receive my healing, Jesus name.
