I was at a place called DECISION...I felt as if I was all alone to work it out...
John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. KJV

Meditate on: Colossians 1:16 For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers; all things were created by Him, and for Him.
On this date last year, I had my first visit to the oncologist. The oncologist is the doctor that actually uses medications to rid your body of cancer. Everything that I had read about chemotherapy and heard about it did not sound good. Chemotherapy is a toxic material that if spilled on the skin could cause severe burns. Some of the ingredients were also used in "mustard gas" in the time of war. Some people told me that chemo was poison and I should not consider using it at all in my treatment plan. I was at a place called Decision....I felt as if I was all alone to work it out... I needed an answer..and I needed it quickly. I was debating if I should have the chemo treatments, or have surgery with no chemo and trust God for my healing.
When I left the doctor's office, I was scheduled to begin a very aggressive chemotherapy regiment in the next 10 days. In the meantime, I began to pray and ask God for direction. I wanted to know His will for my life in the midst of a cancer diagnosis...Chemo or NO Chemo. Sometimes in life, we find ourselves at place that we don't want to be. But don't lose heart, if God bought us to it; He will bring us through it!
I believe God is a miracle worker and He is well able to heal without medical intervention. However, He has the right to bring healing about how ever He desires.
I did not feel a peace in my spirit about refraining from the chemo, so I began the treatments. One thing that I learned in this process, and that is God gets the glory either way! When He heals miraculously, He's AWESOME, and if He chooses to use medical intervention to accomplish healing, He's AWESOME. Hallelujah! To God Be The Glory!
Everything in the earth was made by God and without Him nothing that was made can exist except He allows. So, I must conclude, the existence of the chemo drugs in the earth is only because an all wise, infinite, all seeing, and all knowing God downloaded the capability to create chemo drugs into the mind of man. As a result, God decides to heal some miraculously, and others like myself He heals as they go through the process which may include medical intervention. The medical intervention serves as a conduit that connects our faith to Jehovah-Rophe our "Healer." How ever He does it; it's for our good! He deserves all the glory, honor, and the praise!
If you're facing a medical decision today, pray and believe God for direction. He will guide you and see you through.
