Negative Prayer or Positive Prayer.... Which will you choose??
Psalms 31: 14 But I trust in you , O LORD, I say, "You are my God."
Thursday's Inspiration and Meditation
So, no matter what you are facing in your life, turn to God in prayer. Regardless of the diagnosis, God is still in control. Prayer can be the key to unlocking a tremendous healing force in your life and in the lives of others. Healing is released physically, spiritually, and emotionally when we pray. Positive prayer never fails and produces results; however, negative prayer experiences crop failure.
There is a difference between negative prayer and positive prayer. Negative praying is akin to complaining. Positive prayer is akin to FAITH! When we pray negative prayers, we find ourselves focusing more on our situation than we focus on our great, all powerful God. The fruit of our negative prayers is crop failure, because instead of praying we had a pity party. We pray our circumstances instead of praying the scriptures from the bible that will bring results. We tell our God about our BIG problem, instead of telling our problem about our BIG God! Our positive prayers will be prayers of faith and belief. We can take our cares and concerns to our heavenly Father in confidence knowing that He is able and will deliver us.
We should pray for ourselves, but God may also use us to pray for others. When we pray for others, it removes the focus from our own circumstances and allows us to focus on helping someone else. Remember, God may not always answer the prayer immediately, or the way we expected; however, He answers on time and His ways are always right!
Sometimes, He moves dramatically and performs dramatic mind blowing miracles. Then at other times, He supports by His spirit quietly, leading, walking silently along, giving you the courage to move through life's journey.
2. Then as you pray, incorporate the word of God into your prayers.
3. Trust God to work all things out for your good and for His glory!
4. Expect and anticipate results.

Thursday's Inspiration and Meditation
Listen to: He Has His Hands On You- Marvin Sapp (Youtube)
Meditate on: Hebrews 11:6 Without faith no one can please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that He is real and that He rewards those who truly wants to find Him. New Century Version
When life seems unfair, which way will you turn? Try prayer! Prayer is a universal practice. We are human, but we are also spiritual beings. There is a yearning in each of us to reach out and connect with our heavenly Father. When we pray, we transcend our humanity. We have been created in the image of God. We are, therefore, instinctively spiritual. Even those who have had no exposure to a religious background, still feel that natural impulse within their heart to communicate with our Creator.Meditate on: Hebrews 11:6 Without faith no one can please God.
