Meditate on: Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful is the person who comes over the mountains to bring good news, who announces peace and brings good news, who announces salvation and says to Jerusalem, "Your God is King."
 

In the book of Mark chapter 9: 17 - 29, there is a story about a man and his son. His son had been sick since birth with epileptic like symptoms. The father described his son as having a mute spirit. The disciples prayed, but the problem was yet unresolved. They were unable to cast out the unclean spirit. When Jesus took control of the situation, he told the told the father, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."  The bible says that Jesus commanded the unclean spirit to come out of him and enter him no more. The spirit responded by leaving and the boy was healed, delivered, and set free. Jesus, when asked by the disciples why they were unable to cast out the spirit, said, "This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting." The word furious means passion or turbulence. Fast and Furious means our approach to Wednesday prayer is to refrain from food from 8:00am - 12:00pm then pray passionate, turbulent prayer that will shake the kingdom of darkness. We believe God that healing is released and people are healed, delivered, and set free! 

This scripture is our reference for "Fast and Furious Wednesday!" 

Fasting is afflicting our body from that which it desires most...FOOD. When coupled with prayer, fasting releases the power of God in our life to destroy the works of the enemy. Sickness and disease are spirits and a curse under the law. We are no longer under the law, but under grace because of the new covenant. Jesus bore our sickness on the cross and because of His shed blood we can receive our healing by faith. Prayer coupled with fasting is the spiritual atomic bomb that our Lord has given us to destroy the strongholds of satan. Although, in most cases we fast from food, you can fast from other things that would cause you to afflict your flesh (be uncomfortable). Such as: TV, Electronics, Facebook, Twitter, Sweets, or Sweet Drinks...etc...

Fast and Furious Game Plan

1. If medically able, refrain from food. Drink water and fruit juice only from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. If you have to eat for the sake of medications or other treatments, fast from one of the examples above or whatever it would take to afflict your flesh.
2. Read aloud Mark 9: 17 - 29 and meditate on this scripture.
3.  Pray and believe. If there is any sin, ask God for forgiveness. For unbelief, ask God to remove it and Believe Only.
4. Now, take authority over your infirmity. Speak to it according to what Jesus said in verse 25 and command that it leaves your body. You may say this more than once if you feel it is necessary.
5. Believe it by faith and begin to speak that you are "The Healed of the Lord." See yourself healed, delivered, and set free. 

I set myself in agreement with you today and believe God for your healing!
